The Father voice is the late great Stan Freberg [not Martin Mull] and Annie Potts as Mom [not Molly Cheeks]. The first part of the episode was the original 10 minute short where the dog simply wants to eat and then go outside and the tribulations he needed to go through to get there. It's brilliant and was attached to the original video version of "Frankenweenie". Look for it!
