Thing is, no one told the police the event was going on. They responded to cars burning out in a crowded area, and pulled them over. The driver didn't receive a ticket, and had police been informed of the event, they would have helped the drivers close off the area so they could have the street to themselves... so if you're going to hate on the police, at least know the full story first.

@FeetIncluded True but I was there at the event and before most of the cars were there cops were everywhere downtown especially in that area. As soon as he went around that corner multiple law enforcement showed up, they were waiting.
