source of the piano riff used in pin-up girls take me away is "definition of love" by kaos (aka kevin sauderson aka inner city...)

  • @69wilky yeah, as far as I'm aware this was the original release before it went out on Network Records, with an 'Englishman in New York' on the 'B' side. Discogs will have a couple on there I'm sure.

  • I'm sure I have a US import on Paragon Label - had a pure 1min beatless acapella with that bassline... not really sure which came first but the Paragon version had extra lyrics (- a 2nd verse?)

  • @moodindigo72 music is the answer fills my head makes my heart beat faster... 2nd verse... top mix...

  • @shedl1 vinyl freak just like me.... love the mix which has no beats just vocal & bline... only about 2 mins long

  • @shedl1 ... my bad... that version with extra lyrics was a cover by Natasha on Blip in 1990... you can find it on here somewhere, I searched it just now.

  • @moodindigo72 that would be an amazing upload if you could
