2 times. The first time was when Cole Harkin got burned (the time when Wakefield killed abby's mother). The second time was when shane and Jimmy were trying to get gasoline in jimmy's boat. This is also the scene you see in this video.

Both the tv-episodes and the online episodes are taking place at the same time. But so far it's unclear what their relations are.
