its always like that- HSM people are filming in Utah so it would kinda be hard to take a week off to do the games and Miley is also filming in Tennessee...but they are all well known- its also to make them more famous cause they need more stars-HSM people aren't on disney anymore- like how Ashley isn't on suite life etc. They are pretty much leaving disney to to more movies etc. and they always have the international stars on the games.

The HSM stars are making HSM3 right now. The Jonas Brothers are also going to perform at the closing ceremonies. This is all I know right now. I hope this helps.

Many of the names that aren't familiar are the International Disney stars. All of the other stars are actually really popular. Some are from the upcoming movie Camp Rock, others are from new Disney series. You might not know all of their names, but trust me - they're big.
