  • nice friends,,

  • wtf i dont get it what is the funny thing and the guye were laughting wihtout no reason but i like singara lol

  • good

  • how can you expect people to learn with all that racket in the background ?!

  • @nafisa02 who told ya that I expect people to learn how 2 make singara by dis vdo?

  • @mjnuvan or you need to sort out your wording

  • @mjnuvan can i ask you? what is the difference between vegetable samosa and shingara? thanks in advance

  • @oink714 Hope you have idea about the size and shape of Shingara & Samocha. The major difference is, the skin of Shingara is made by the raw dough (not fried like roti) and in inside, the size of the vegetables are coarse. However, the skin of Samocha is fried slightly to make it much more crispy and the folds are different than the Shingara and inside vegetables are finer than Shingara. But one thing, In Northern portion of India, Shingara is known as Samocha. you are welcome.

  • @mjnuvan - boys are doing good job making samosas... lady needs to add more oil into the fry the samosas they are not cooked properly... samosa is always deep fried not shallow fried..

  • @JENNYSEXAY actually we instantly took decision to make 'samosa/shingara' so we were not well prepared :)

  • @nafisa02 WELL! If you haven't realised it says HOW TO MAKE SINGARA duhh

  • @nafisa02 Perhaps u need a spectacles to see the pair of words ... WITH FUN.

  • mmm i love shingara... yum...

  • nice recipe tutorial video :)

I'm gonna make "Kolija-shingara" but dont know how to fold it. will apply your instruction, hope it'll work.

    Thank you guys

  • Actually bro, its only for fun, so the tutorial is not so helpful perhaps. At first slice the potato and gizzards with onion and mix the spices (turmeric, chili, curry powders and bay leaf, garlic, cinnamon, cardamom) and make dry curry....(cont')

  • ...(cont2)

Then make elliptical shaped leavened bread and cut through the middle. Then fold part of the bread as conical shape and put the curry inside of the bread, close the bread's mouth by folding and fry into the deep vegetable oil until it turn to brownish. Hope u'll enjoy bro :)

  • its not easy, but fun...:P
