  • I tried it today...and it was awesome..thanks, boss

  • Tried this. Definitely good except it lacked a bit or aroma. Probabaly in the place of CHilli powder, not sure sambar powder would have made some difference.

  • too many ingredients.. make it simple and post again

  • @sasi129 I know this is an old message but I can't help but respond to it. He makes authentic Indian recipes that taste awesome. Here and there he might have some easy recipes but there is no reason for him to make this recipe simple & post it again. Maybe you can experiment with less ingredients yourself. Besides for regular cooks, this is a simple recipe. it is not a big deal. If he simplifies everything, he will be like other people on yt. Nothing special and the authenticity is lost

  • you rock!

  • Hi Sanjay,

I got my first pappu charu today with your program.....It came out very good & I enjoyed eating..............thanks & god bless you

  • Even if one assumed that your mom cooked this everyday, it would mean that if she made it 8372 times should would have to cook this everyday for almost 23 years which is far-fetched to say the least. I think I am being a dumbass by taking everything literally. Haha...I love your recipes!

  • Very good receipe. It is very helpful to so many people.. Thanks

  • pappu-charu is great if you add pumkin/gourd, drumsticks, yams, sweet potatoes, pearl onions! in large pieces that is...

  • i love this more than sambar.

  • Hi Vahchef

I like all about your presentation of cooking but there is one mistake (my opinion) , you never say for how many people we can serve one item. (for new cook i think its impotent). thanks a lot.

  • @tkfaachol25 I get what u r saying. As you get used to the process of cooking, you will be able to know what quantity to make for a given number of people... for example, this pappu chaaru vahchef made, will serve 4 to 5 people... you have to reduce/increase the quantity of ingredients accordingly...it all comes by practise... :)

  • awesome..it helped me a lot

  • hi sanjay, please show to prepare miriyalu rasam or miriyalu chaaru. Thanks.

  • 8372 :) ....thanks a lot
