  • The British Constitution. 1688/9....

  • 5* Sir, thanks for sharing this with those who don't have a law dictionary. One point though, you said "In the civil law or statue law". Well, civil law is not synonymous with statutory law, the former is "common law" whilst the latter is considered "criminal law". I also noticed Blacks Law Dict. says "capitalist" has no legal meaning. I see your logic though, and "law" is nothing if it is not "reason" :-)

  • If you check the history of what is more generally termed as "civil law" you will see it is entirely synonymous with "statute law". They are essentially both entirely man made alleged laws and this can only exist within a common law jurisdiction either (a) as contracts under the commercial/contract branch of common law, or (b) entirely as open treason in an attempt to phase out the common law.

And on the contrary, "statute law" is not only criminal matters. It also deals with everything else, >

  • > such as but not limited to corporate policies (known as by-laws), status, titles, property, et al. I can easily provide extensive evidence of the disputed fact. You only need to go to "statutelaw ((d0t)) gov ((d0t)) uk" to find endless statutes on all sorts of matters, even family matters and safety precautions and club membership rules, etc. It's anything of the construct of the imagination of men which is contractual by its nature and is pushed as "law". It is also a form of polytheism!

  • My apologies if my comment was perceived as dogmatic or sounded certain, that was not my intent (500 character limit creates probs with complex philosophical issues).

I wouldn't disagree with your historical perspective of definitions, but have been told by "police officers" they do NOT get involved with "civil matters". Whether "civil" & "statute" are philosophically synonymous may not be relevant if agents representing the current state of affairs perceive it differently.

  • I totally accept your point that statute law encompasses everything.

  • Yes. This is a clear attempt to phase out and undermine the Common Law.

  • There are only 2 ways in which Civil Law statutes can exist in a Common Law jurisdiction: (a) outright and open treason, and/or (b) as contracts under the Common Law, which means you do not have to consent nor do you have to comply in the first place so long as you know how to beat them at their own word game they have designed to further their treason.

  • try focusing your camera dude

  • It was filmed on a crappy old Samsung D500 which is about 8 or 9 years old now. I've had it since it was first ever released, lol. Sturdy old phone, mind you, i have to say. Built to last. Never had a problem with it... except the crappy quality of the filming and photography, of course! Anyway, i assume you can read it alright in HD with a large screen and me reading it to aid your visual capabilities? After all, i can manage and my eyes aren't the best in the world...
