@canadianguy0987 It's sad for the people who pay big price and only half the normal number of people can ask a question cause someone is losing time to translate absolutely everything for the 4-5 persons who understand like 80% instead of 100% (which doesn't happen in others Con even the ones in Spain or Italy, where English is not the first language)

@canadianguy0987 Just because there's 1-2 rseponse once a while doesn't mean people don't understand anything or they would be laughing every single time. It's normal when you're not english native and can't pratice all the days, to understand maybe 70-80% of everything. It's better to understand 80% of..let's say 30-40 questions, then 100% of 15

^^; why is there a person translating? Look like everyone in the room understood english, everyone is laughing at Misha's answers...and when the answer is translate....you have no sound, no laugh of people who didn't understood the story in english

@lisalisah I can understand, worse case, people who understand english (watch tv, read english article..etc) but don't have any chance to pratice and are bad with pronouciation, there a translator could be helpeful for some....but to translate everything, it's like cutting the number of questions in half

@Alecramsay1227 exactly! it cuts the time short and annoys the guest (yeah Misha acts cool because he is so good natured, but you can see he doesn't like it) to be interrupted at the end of every sentence.

People who watch the show and spend time and money on conventions are the ones who download the episodes, go to comunities, so they do understand, so I agree with you there too.

@lisalisah I went in a mini Sci-fi Con in Montreal (okay Montreal is part english and part french..but it's still in Quebec, a French province, and Samantha Ferris was there....and nobody was doing any traduction on the video I posted ^^; Don't get why people think fans would pay hundred of $ to go listen to someone who speak a language they don't understand

@Alecramsay1227 As long as the con is in a country that doesn't speak english as a first language, it's only respectfull to have a translator. Even if americans and brits like to think so, the world doesn't evolve around the english language.
