aveda products really are insanely good. at least for me. i really like the dry remedy. it's great because i work at express and sephora, so my hair gets a lot of damage from doing it so much! she might be just doing this for a paycheck, but aveda really is good stuff!

My hair and nails grow rediculously fast. I don't use any fancy products. Truth is...just eat GOOD. Lotsa vitamins/minerals and if you can don't over brush or over wash your hair. Avoid using hair sprays etc...blocks the folicles. If you suffer from frizzies you can use leave in conditioners. As far as nails....keep them clean! When you wash your hands take the extra minute and clean under your nails-EVERYTIME. Seriously, that's all I do :)
