I consider it an addictive drug Im addicted to it and if I miss 3 days in the morning I get migraines. the energy you get is addictive Im nothing without it in the morning its like speed. I have asthma and it helps me breath sometimes, drinking too much can speed your heart rate up so much you can have panic attacks stick to 3 cups a week you will be better for it.
If this doesn't scare viewers straight on caffeine, nothing will. In an era where so many of us are having difficulty getting pregnant, holding to term - Dr's say we are just waiting too long to try - I say this caffeine limitation can't hurt.
