I have a question for James Randi. If he is so certain about homeopathics being inert, then why won't he put disposition of the touted Million Dollar Challenge (MDC) in the hands of an independent arbitrator? As it stands now, the MDC is not a legal offer and is non-contractable . . Randi's never contracted to ever do a test. See attorney VIctor Zammit's analysis of the MDC here on Youtube.

Randi should at least be open to a public discussion of the evidence for homeopathy.
