wow. just amazing . so much helpful for me as i tried this earlier with some broken memories of india but it turned out to be a disaster but now it is so good. thank u so much for taking time and posting it. i wil try this as soon as i finish my exam....thank u
Aunty namastey. I have been a regular follower of your recipes and I absolutely love what you make. I have tried a few and have been able to implement them successfully. Although, I have a suggestion for you.Everytime you make a dish like Kachori, rasgulla, samosa or dahi vada etc., I would really appreciate it more if you could take a bite out of the preparation for the viewers to better see the interior cooked portion and figure out how it exactly is supposed to be. That would be awesome aunty
Hello manjula ji... nice recipes.... please guide me where u got the kadhao for frying in US.... i need to buy one... please help.... will surely try to kachori soon...:) do i have the permission to put in my blog... i will gie ur reference and link it back to ur website and you tube video...:)
Thankyou so much Manjula Ji!!!! We were craving for kachoris from so long, ur recipe was just perfect!!! I tried it out last week. Please upload more recipes, I am a big fan of yours. I had some queries,If the filling is kept moist, and the dough soft then will it help in avoiding the kachori to crack while pressing it with palm of our hand? If it cracks what can be done to repair the damage?
your kachori receipe tasted awesome but they did not puffed up.i did follow your entire reciepe directions.can u suggest me as to where i could have gone wrong?

Hello Aunty...
I am Jain and I don't eat onion, garlic etc. You are like my mom in US now. I highly appreciate your show and your dishes. I was wondering if you could show how to make green beans and kidney beans more effectively??? Thanks again for your initiatives...

Hello - This looks delicious and I am going to try making it but I have a question.
We do not like 'Hing'. Can this be eliminated or can anything else be substituted instead? Will this compromise the taste?
Thank you!!

it would be cool at the end to see you eat the food you have made
because you can also discribe the flavour for people who have never tryed it

Thankyou so much Manjula Ji!!!! We were craving for kachoris from so long, ur recipe was just perfect!!! I tried it out last week. Please upload more recipes, I am a big fan of yours. I had some queries,If the filling is kept moist, and the dough soft then will it help in avoiding the kachori to crack while pressing it with palm of our hand? If it cracks what can be done to repair the damage?

hi manjulaji,
your kachori receipe tasted awesome but they did not puffed up.i did follow your entire reciepe directions.can u suggest me as to where i could have gone wrong?
jki100 4 years ago
dal should be moist before you fill, or dough was not knead enough or dough should have been little more soft.
