  • Aunty namastey. I have been a regular follower of your recipes and I absolutely love what you make. I have tried a few and have been able to implement them successfully. Although, I have a suggestion for you.Everytime you make a dish like Kachori, rasgulla, samosa or dahi vada etc., I would really appreciate it more if you could take a bite out of the preparation for the viewers to better see the interior cooked portion and figure out how it exactly is supposed to be. That would be awesome aunty

  • Thank you for the suggestion I will do next time

  • Thankyou so much Manjula Ji!!!! We were craving for kachoris from so long, ur recipe was just perfect!!! I tried it out last week. Please upload more recipes, I am a big fan of yours. I had some queries,If the filling is kept moist, and the dough soft then will it help in avoiding the kachori to crack while pressing it with palm of our hand? If it cracks what can be done to repair the damage?

  • hi manjulaji,

your kachori receipe tasted awesome but they did not puffed up.i did follow your entire reciepe directions.can u suggest me as to where i could have gone wrong?

  • dal should be moist before you fill, or dough was not knead enough or dough should have been little more soft.

  • Manjula i need a help on kachori !

Moong dal needs to be soaked in water ? or

    as it is ...???????
