@greerbennett lol. I don't need to prove that I can do "crazy shit". That's not even the point of what we train haha. So yeah, it's pretty obvious that you don't do Parkour or else you would actually understand it.
Feel free to come out to Souderton and try Parkour, it's pretty fun!
