@andrescg92 I watch them play, and one thing that sticks out to me with most asian violinists under 15, is that they don't seem to be enjoying themselves. When I play, I can breathe easier, and I tend to be more calm and collected, like a strange kind of happiness I can't experience with anything else. And I know people who feel the same, and they express it naturally when they perform. I can hardly bear to see someone who would voluntarily force their soul into their music. It's just not right.

Only way to find out you could learn it is to try and you'll only be able to give it a fair shot after you've decided to stop being biased toward yourself. Just do it.

Hell, for all we know, she could be better at playing this than Vivaldi even though he wrote it, but none of us ever heard what it sounded like coming from Vivaldi's very, very old violin... Food for thought.... Vivaldi obviously was a brilliant composer, BUT I wonder how he'd compare in playing skill to prodigies and virtuosoes of today....
