@freebird7879 Same here! My best friend moved to Florida a few years ago and we talk almost every day. The distance sucks because we can't see each other and she has a 1 and a half year old daughter, who I want to watch more closely grow up but the distance has no effect on our friendship. Thats how you tell real friends from fake ones!

the yellow light is there to show you that it's about to turn red. if the light went right green to red you'd get people who slammed on the breaks to stop for the red and then the people behind them would crash into them.

Those are solid amber lights - we also have flashing amber lights with basically mean "proceed with caution". Jenn says they only have those in her state when the lights are broken, but we get them here all the time when the lights work fine.

In the UK flashing amber lights are always on traffic lights which are on pedestrian crossings. They flash for a bit after being on red in case an old lady or whatever is still crossing.

We have the flashing amber lights in nsw. They only flash for "go with caution" in school areas/nursing homes areas. They also may flash if they r out of order so you have to be aware which is which.
