@shcrowblack headers r coo, but truck uses alot of gas as it is. This Video is old, ive got Dual 07 Piping with a MF Muffler Dumped before rear axle now. Also the PowerPup is gone and i have the GT

Does the cops mess with you? I like the low rumble noise like when your at idle but the loud popping is what I am afraid of. can you avoid the loud popping if you don't step on it real hard and more smooth foot pressure?

@infospill Nope not at all.... it only pops like that when cold, after it warms up it stays nice and deep. Never had any trouble with the cops, i even removed the cherry bomb and drove around with no muffler at all.

if you run straight pipes your taking the chance on damaging your heads... not to mention the loss in low end torque and power all around due to not having enough backpressure....

a flow through muffler like glasspacks, bassanni race axlebacks for example will not damage your engine. you just need some type of muffler on your car that way you will be creating enough backpressure. it dosn't matter what muffler you go with as long as you have one.

maybe so, but its not like im running 4" piping. its 2.5" and there is enough backpressure with or without a glasspack and/or muffler to keep my truck running good and safe.

I cant say if it will sound good on yours. Im not sure of the exhaust setup, engine size or if you even have an intake. You'll just have to try it out and see for yourself.

What it does wen u put a water hose in there is, if you ride it around 4 a while THEN put the water hose in there, it breaks up the fiberglass, but it has to be hot 4 it 2 work, and no, u dont need a full exhaust.

you could of broken it in as soon as you put it on. if you put a water hose up your exhaust pipe and rev it up while theres a lil water in there the water does something to the packing and makes them alot louder but that only works on full exhaust systems
