I have no religious preferences. My fiance is Catholic just because his family is,but he is not a "participant".I want the wedding to be a Catholic ceremony because it is important to him and his family.(They are all Mexican american catholics,Idk the difference in faith)We want to get married Oct.31st and have an elegant gothic themed wedding. My dress may not be white either. Will they accept and do this? Or will we be too offensive and have to find a non-Catholic church for the ceremony?
@Casshern1100 What do you mean by gothic-themed? My priest told me I had to wear a white dress, but he is very traditional... I am not sure that every priest is like that.
