@Margo82 Ulaanbaatar winter weather isn't bad if you can stand the cold (-10C day and -30C night). It'll be almost always sunny with occasional snow dumps. But the problem in modern in times is the air pollution in winter, many households burning coal just blankets the northern part of the city with heavy smog most of the winter.

Its the same in every country. In Mongolia, we have very friendly and nice people. And you can also find some rude, unfriendly people as well. And i am sure its the same in China. If your wish to see beautiful nature, untouched wild environment, open steppes and clear skies Mongolia would be a better option. But in China is more amusement type with good clubs and etc.

We speak the Mongolian language which is very different from Russian or Chinese and only spoken by Mongols. We have own writing language which was adopted from Sogdians in 1000 years ago.
