@Jcd2147 Well what do you do 3 foot 90 bends lol. Some times the smaller bends or parts that get 4 to 10 bends are the pain in the ass. Got to love when your part has apex checks that have to be done. Oh you bend what ever your paid to bend with what ever size press you have. OMG this guy must be a LOLUNION worker. I bet I make more and have better health coverage!
I run a 230 ton Maxform... it is junk... We have had it for maybe 6 months.. got it brand new and now the back stops are always out of tol. by .05 to point .06 on either the right or left back gage and just changes between each cycle...... I'm glad I didn't spend the money on this things...
i run a 350 ton brake and work for a really good company in San Diego Ca. San Diego is know for not paying well but my company is one of the few that do take care of their workers. I like what i do and the pay is well worth learning this type of job. Take a course on how to run these types of machines because learning these types of machines is not easy. i found out the hard way. The machine isnt always accurate so theres always adjustments to be made. i could help you if you run this machine
