i suggest we introduce job seeker tax for those employers who employed foreigners. This tax will be use to pay the allowance for the unemployed britons. Say we charge 100 euro per month for each immigrants employed. This will both help encourage employers to hire britons and ease the burden on the state coffers for paying jobseeker allowance.
