F.Y.I. The Only Reason, WHY, Dispersants are even used, "IS TO KEEP THE OIL, From Floating On The Surface"! This way, "They Won't Have To PAY A FINE, for Every Square Foot, Of Oil, Floating On The Surface"! This IS WHY, "they seem so relieved, that there's NO OIL ON THE SURFACE"! IT'S ONLY ABOUT their PORTFOLIOS & TO KEEP FROM PAYING FINES, For Every Square Foot of OIL!
Gee, I wonder what happened to the "IXTOC DATA"? More than 2 Million Gallons of dispersants were used, to "rid the surface", of the potential 145+ million gallons of oil! The actual reason WHY, dispersants are even used, is to AVOID PAYING A FINE,
for every square foot of oil, on the surface! So, IF, you ever wonder why, they "are relieved that the oil, isn't on the surface", NOW YOU KNOW! (It's All About Their PORTFOLIOS! And, NOTHING MORE......!)
mail your newspaper clippings & photographs of the oil disaster to: Frontier Motel, P.O. Box 948, Granby , CO 80446 ...for inclusion in the Gulf Oil Spill Disaster Scrapbook for posterity and to show our grandkids what happened before the ocean died , the internet was shut down & the shtf
The magnitude of this disaster is going to affect the entire world - it's people, animals, mammals, ecosystem...this is a world disaster that is not limited to countries, borders and etc. It does not discriminate. And at the center of this whole issue is human ignorance and our on-going quest to control and manipulate the environment.
@FongoBongo, sadly, you are so right. And whiteass killed the First People/Natives for being savages????????????????????????????????
.
Those "savages" honoured the Earth and Her Animals more than Life, because they understood it was a GIFT and it was also their Life..... ok, now I most go cry some more black tears...
I agree. People need to understand that we have a connection with nature and that what we do on this earth affects everything around us. The BP oil spill will not be limited to the Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf Stream will carry the oil into the Atlantic ocean where it will wreak havoc. Sadly, most people only give a damn when it lands on a sandy beach or affects their economic well-being...
@Fongo, i read a comment under some heart wrenching photos of oil covered birds (the one in my icon). This person said bp was NOT giving the mess over to global brainiacs, top world scientists, German engineers etc to fix... because then THEY LOSE THE DAMMM WELL. Yup, from the sounds of it, that person was right. THIS makes sense...why we are seeing some mickey mouse attempts only now..???!!!
Keep me posted as to when your vids of the dive are uploaded... I appreciate what you are doing. Thank you for getting out there and spreading awareness.
Absolutely insane to use chemical dispersants in the middle of the ocean....I'm no expert but if I spilled oil into my swimming pool and I couldn't drain the pool I would want to take the oil out of the pool not disperse it in the pool... And that's just something I occasionally swim in... the ocean it something where things permanently live in.
