@ambisean what part of they are not native to Congo are you not getting? How is it segregation towards congolese when they are descendants of refugees?Citizenship in Congo is exclusive meaning if you aren't a member of any tribe who resided in Congo at its creation your are not a citizen. So how are they Congolese?
