I used a Dr. Pepper cap to round my corners. I am going to Walmart tomorrow anyway so I'm just going to buy the cutoff wheel. For some reason I don't have any. I haven't used my dremel since I cut a window in the top of a computer case. My grinder wheel keeps getting caught so I think I am going to get the cutoff wheels tomorrow.

wouldn't it be easier to use a drill bit and drill out the corners instead of trying to cut a rounded edge with a dremel?

sometimes when you cut with jigsaw and dremel it melts the plastic back together and u did it for no reason so let ur blade or disc cool down. lol.

lol.. I cut my xbox case with that pencil looking dremmel. NOT A GOOD IDEA. It runs out of power too soon. I had to go for 10-15 charges before I could actually finish my case :P . but it looks amaaaazing.

A tip i got from a mate of mine. If you hold the dremel at a 45 degree angle it gives a better curve.

its not hard to take it apart, few screws, cut the window like the xbox, put the window in like the xbox, put it together, and your done not too hard but i dont have a HD to work on now i just sold the last few i had

yea mine is a dremel as well, came with a clear squar box, use the cutting wheels in the small circular packages, and cut everything out time consuming but that is the way i do all mine thanks for the ?

Heat sink? those are what are over the GPU, and CPU on the board, are you talking about the metal sheild on the inside of the case? If so that is nothing you will not need it any more chunk it the console will be put back together without it.

double sided adhesive tape. 1400 3m I think. I could be totally wrong though as I havn't started my 360 mod yet, waiting for the 360 to come in the mail so i can start modding. Add me and I will post a vid for you to see when I start on it

No I'm not going to kick his ass ;), but we're going to fix it up, if we can't I'll just get a XCM case. So it wouldn't really matter, because another friend gave me that Xbox because it has RROD, and I know how to fix it, and he will let me have it, if I can fix it. Dremel, yes home depot, lowes,ace any of them and do not get a battery one!!!! get a corded one 10,000 to 35,000 RPM tell them that and they will show you the right one to get

Im kinda gettin behind on this one started a gears of war 2 one bad ass almost done with it but il get a nother vid of this one done leds are in and upgraded to 12v power source for fan that is a great mod if you want your xbox 360 to run cooler

no not really, maybe a keyhole saw maybe but i dont know what it would turn out like or a scroll saw would work if you got one but you can pick up a dremel for about 30 bucks if you ever do decide to invest some money into it

Its a dremel 200 series with a cut off wheel if you are going to get one don't get a battery one not enough rpm you want one with a 10,000 and 35,000 rpm and there is also a bit looks like a drill bit but it is used for cutting that works for more detailed work, like the one im doing next a flame case and thanks for the commens everyone and im still working on it but will post a vid when its done and WILL BE ON EBAY!!!! ill let everyone know when!!!!
