Lets face the facts, most of the people in Zambia are living in below poverty line. No access to water, health, food only to mention but a few. Am a Zambian and what we see is exactly what is on the ground. I can.t blame the white folks, if anything, they have done a lot to help us all.
I do know that we "white folk", as you put it, used to rule the place, took what we wanted, then when we'd had enough, walked out and let a series of poor rulers wreck the country for the whole population.
Fortunately, the (Black) Zambian team who head up this project don't see it the same way that you do.

I worked at the Lazarus Project with children in Lusaka. It is a great city with really wonderful people. Good work Steve!
