If you have all the great qualities, is great role model, and a great representative for the miss universe, and queen, it shouldn’t matter what language you speak; it has been this was for 59 yrs now and it will always be this way. This thinking is preposterous to say the least! It make no sense at all.

I am from Germany originally and denounce the Philippines and hope they get banned from international competition forever.

Hahahaha wag ka magalit. Tsaka wag mo kong tawaging gaga. I am just giving my own views lang ng maayos. Then if that is your opinion then I respect it. You don't have to call someone gaga... No wonder why you didn't win. And besides I've known a couple who got married with different religion. The girl married in a guys traditional wedding but she didn't change her religion. It works either way. Makiusap ka lang maayos. Without calling someone stupid or gaga.

Only Christian will say this answer is nice. Miss universe is for the whole world. She should take 5 second to think before she answer this sensitive question. That's why she miss the crown.

other candidates brought interpreter because of the fact that they could not deliver their answers promptly. interpreter is just a cause of delay. Though Ms. Philippines did not won the crown still she will be the winner to all the people who believed in her. what's the use of being a winner when most of the people in the world are thinking that you didn't deserve that title crown in your head, right? thumbs up there if you agree with me.

miss phils should be the one to bring interpreter if she wants..its accepted and these 5 ladies spoke english in their web interview but they opted to answer using their own language..lets respect miss universe rules and regulations..i'm shappy and contented with the result, atleast she made it to the top..hat's off!
