Also the fletcher shop in solitude occasionally has some.

and some random dungeons. google is your friend, but don't expect to find some neverending easy cache without glitching a bit.

if you have a PC version, mods are your friend..just make em.

@123Medmedmed He changed the type. If my ugly french is right, the first is fleche de fer or Iron Arrow and the second is Orque which i presume is orc :)

Ive only heard it about 5-10 times in the 70 hours I've played. The guards definetly get more lines as you progress through the game like quest events and "Aren't you the new member of...".

If you play the game, every now and than the guards will talk to you when you walk pass them. One of the things they say is "i use to be an adventurer like you, but than i took an arrow in the knee". The guards don't have many lines, so you will hear this phrase often when you are playing Skyrim.

@nalby92 It's a skill perk, I think you have to be lvl 30 archer not sure tho. it's on the left side on the perk tree. When you have unlocked, just use right mouse botton when having an arrow loaded, and it should zoom :)
