the other was to go to mega man powered up fight him as gutsman

as soon as the fight starts put a guts block in front of u and 1 on top

if u do it right elec man will keep running straight like a retard

Bright Man's strategy is still tough to pull off. The timing on getting in the hits while he's attacking you, while making sure to not get hit yourself, is not very forgiving.

I have hope you will one day have revenge against any difficult robot master, except maybe Quickman. A long time ago I was pretty obsessed at finding a pattern with this guy, even going as far as litteraly writing down every move he did in every fight (Jump, the height of the jump, his attacks, when he runs and where I am the moment he does something) but found no pattern, flaw or connection between any of his moves, it really seems all randomly decided. Maybe I looked at it the wrong way?

Exactly what is the ratio between boss and stage? Maybe you should rate them separately. Though tthe bosses and their respective stages are, of course, largely inseparable, though bear in mind that the bosses are fought twice, the second time apart from their stages, so.. Robot masters have more invincibility time in Wily Wars after you hit them, and don't seem to recoil as much. That's probably why it doesn't work.

I first saw it in one of GeminiLaser's videos, where he was playing around with Game Genie codes in Mega Man 2. He said that using the backwards walking code, or moonwalk code, made fighting Quick Man a lot easier. Maybe you could give it a shot? It definitely won't knock him down from Nightmare Boss status, but again, it'd be interesting.

anyway, cool strategy there...maeby many of us would have discovered this sooner...if we weren't in panic because of elecman's 3 hit kill...

...now in the original you can get him in a pattern...in powered up you can stop him from doing anything but running into a gutsblock...sure, elecman makes the player go into panic time...but at the end, he becomes quite easy...
