@mingrc123 child obesity negatively affects a child's health. It is a problem that needs to be addressed. It is so sad to listen that little girls since the age of 12 need to have insulin injections. What type of childood/adolescency is that? Parents should take better care of them by teaching them to eat healthy, exercise, etc. As cute as you may see her, it is a unhealthy for her to be so overweight.
