@stormshadow55 I've been looking around to try and find some better proof of it. I don't know how reliable Wikipedia is but it says so. I haven't found any articles that confirm it, so it might be wrong. If so, I'm sorry I gave you false hope.
Looooooooooove this song! Reminds me of riding my bike all around my new neighborhood, when I first moved out of my parents house. I was 22. Life is so great back then. No credit problems, no high bills/// It was just great. I was totally in LOVE too!
lol...wow i'm looking at some of the comments .we ar becoming our parents...lol just how they would complain about our music we complain about todays .lol it was a great era for music so were the 80's in my opinion.. my 6th grade music teacher intrduced m to this band ..this is a great song
I listened to this when i was little too, but I think you sound like an old fart when you say music from when I was a teen is the only good music. I mean I love Fleet Foxes and Fall Out Boy and KT Tunstall.
i think you misunderstood what i wrote...i was justy commenting how others on here go back and forth arguing about what the best era for music was..i enjoy all era and genres..i like some fallout boy myself, as well as the ting tings, jenna riot, and so on
actually, in my opinion its not that the bands nowaday dont have enough to do........ they have no motivation, and they only play to get fame or fortune not for the music.
GOD, WHO THE HELL PLAYS THE KEYBOARD ORGANS AND GOOD SONG-WRITING NOWADAYS? I think the problem of today's music is nobody is using enough instruments to play. It's all simplified like a fraction. GOD, this decade has been SHITTIEST of them ALL.
"all i want" is the 90's songs :)

This band made a lot of really great songs. Were they victims of the music industry? Internal politics? What ever happened to them?

That's not completely true. Many bands do just that, but there are still some who play for the love of making music. They're just harder to come by.
