ok usb in xbox, then switch with correct wired hooked up, then free end of usb is cut off and attatched to the wireless network adapter. basically he extended the wire in order to make room for the switch 8D

i tried to do this last night the red and green wires both powered off the adapter and disconnected me from live the white wire just made the adapter red light till i rebooted the xbox and the black wire did nothing i don't see how this could help you get host because as soon as you lag the search you get disconnected 7 sec later

@HomiicideProductions Try this: tape the green wire back together and try the same thing with the red wire. If it works problem solved. If it doesent you will have to buy a new USB extension.
