Yikes, that house is in need for a MAJOR facelift! white tile, white walls, there needs to be some colour. Beautiful lot, and it has a lot of potential, but it still needs updating. Aside from the stainless appliances in the kitchen, it needs a LOT of work! The cabinets, the countertops (come on, laminate? in THIS day in age?), and I'd love to open it up to the great room area. This place isn't in showing condition, it looks like it's entirely builder's beige!
