I was kidding, I would never hurt them. I used to have a ferret that bit right after I bought it, and it was malnourished, but I trained it not to with that one spray that you spray on your fingers when it bites. :)

she will bite. ITS A FERRET. you need to teach her thats its not nice, a stern no might work. but do not hit or hurt your ferret. it will bite even more. If she grabs hold of your finger and won't let go. gently gag her. it doesn't hurt but they don't like it. give her time to settle in by letting her get used to her surroundings and soon she will be as good as gold I have 6 ferrets and are all very tame.
