Fluffy Pancakes

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup whole wheat flour (or an additional 1/2 cup all purpose flour)

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

1/2 cup buttermilk

2 eggs, separated

1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled slightly, plus a little extra for cooking

What are the measurements? How much of what do I put in there??? 1tbsp of baking powder or 2? Half a cup of flour of a whole cup?

Be mindful of these things with doing a recipe clip.

I just made this recipe and it is very good....:-D  Just FYI, this is my 4th try for the pancake....finally this turns out wonderful!

I have never seen pancakes that fluffy. When I saw the mixture being put into the frying pan, my eyes nearly bulged out of my head. They looked delicious! :)
