It's great seeing this video up here! As a kid, I got my hair cut at Sid's shop in Richardson, so it's a trip to see Sid and Billy looking that way again.
Completely forgot about this but it still doesn't do anything for me. Ah nearly ruined the song for me. I find it incredibly boring and think the singers is horrible to be completely honest.
what year is this from ? First time I ever saw a clip of Sid King

Really enjoyed this. Thanks for posting.

Nice one - sounds more western swing, like the original, than rockabilly...but great job just the same.

Quite lame if you ask me. Listen to Chuck Miller's version that I posted.

You miss the point. rockabilly slowed downed to a swing tempo takes this song from a high adrenaline rush to a mellow, sensual dance.
Both are good, each for its' own reason.

Dig that voice...still the same as in the 1950's!
Too bad they used an electric bass on this one.
Still a great song, and what about the Chuck Miller version?!

Great just wish someone had the merrill moore version

Hell no. The original from 1946 - by Ella Mae Morse w/The Freddy Slack Band is still the greatest. Don't wimp out.
