Sorry you lost let me there, if you meant spirit can't exist, I would have to disagree you, I just can't seem to get the connection even though I feel the energy around me and experienced interaction

I find it hard to know which is the pool thought process and what is from spirit, a name comes to mind quite often and with this another little bit of info, it turned out to be the name of a few shops in England, I don't know the odds on me coming up with this but I still have my doubts of whether it was just mind rather than spirit. I do feel presence most of the time on a daily basis, how do you learn to differentiate between the two? Many thanks for this link you put up, of was informative x

@ezekielbuzi good question. thanks for asking. I believe that there is a universal mind that we tap into to receive information and it is available to everyone. When you think about, if we are all one, one big conciousness, you are me, I am you, angels and archangels are us too, we all are living in all the realities all at the same time, we are part of each other all at the same time. So the universal mind as one mind is available to all of us, all at once too. It don't matter who it comes from

@ezekielbuzi The other thing is your imagination. Existance cant exist. If you can imagine it, it means it can exist and is manifesting somewhere else perhaps in another reality. Try and imagine non-existance, you cant, cos it does not exist. The different between the message/information from the universal mind % imagination is in their "falvour" that you will learn through practice. Practice something similar to what I did on reading cards blindfolded. It helped me lots to differentiate.

thank you for your help! after reading your comment and reading a book on spirit guides yesterday, todays meditation was super intense i started having a mini trip or something :-). and something weird happedend also. yesterday i was talking to a friend about the new stuff i learned on spirit guides and bang! my bedroom light goes from dim to full blown intensity.... it was weird but funny.

I figured that much. Lol. So my question is!!! When i feel stuff there and i try to contac my guide. All the things i see are probably really my guide? Im pretty sure i have 2 guides and one is a girl with pointy ears named Eren and the other is a wolf lizard thingy that might be named mark or marsx i cant really tell. I should not doubt what i see?

@angelloakira Yes, stop silly doubts but you also keep it real and honest with yourself. There is a fine line between the two and balance which you will learn and get to know through practice.

i love how you find out what feels good for you and listen to that. and it seem to take you exactly to where you should be. :) thank you again! ..and it's funny how i accidently found some amethyst in my attic the other day. noone i know is into chrystals, yet it was lying there as out of nowhere. :)
