What a bunch of loser comments. This car AS-IS has been well regarded for it's ability to compete and win numerous SCCA championships in this exact trim. HP isn't everything. Plus it's one of the few cars to be hand built/converted BY Shelby/Vegas in decades so it's as much of a collector piece as it is a regarded performance car. This car would smoke the 900HP cobra on a pure handling track.

i got an old rusty ass 69' chevelle thats got a 440ci BB. i haven't dyno'd it yet but i can imagine its gona pack some good numbers

Not like a stock GT...

Equiped with the FR3 handling package and FR1 Power upgrade package.

Basically 20 added HP and a LOT better handling. Night and day over a stock GT.

Dude trust me im a mustang guy and im in a local mustang club go with the 03-04 COBRA and trust me you wont regret it you can get it for around 18-30 grand alot of them or worked and if you put a few grand in it you can get 500-900hp trust me you can go wrong with it

For the money, you can get alot more if horsepower is your only goal. However This is a limited run Mustang, somthing like only ~5500 so they will be worth ome money later down the road. but these are great performers like Shelbydrvr said. They build the chassis/susp. like a real road racer. My Dad's sqeeks and rattles right from the factory but it handles WAY better than a stock GT and alot of other comparable cars. There was also a factory supercharger option too.

my 07 shelby gt came with a chip with 93 tune, 3:73 gears, ford racing cold air intake and exhaust..

i have a shelby gt also they come with 3.55 gears and a 91 tune in it unless you changed it and they come stock with a racing cold air intake and a borla x pipe and stinger catbacks

i looked at a tuner site for modern american muscles. 2005 shelby gt supercharged gets 425+ good bye.

this will be worth more in the future unlike the Shelby gt 500. This Shelby gt was built at Las Vegas, Nevada at the Shelby autos plant. the Shelby gt 500 was built by SVT not Shelby. In other words this "gt" was built by Shelby's Auto Team and not SVT with the name Shelby stamped on it.
