Wonderful. My Uncle Ted worked off 86G, Pontypool Rd, but I have happy memories of getting on shed and avoiding the shedmaster. I assume this is late 50's??

I live in pontypool, and i recognised some bits, like the signal box and the bridge that went over the depot, but they were all demolished sadly.

I lived next door to Jim all of my childhood and was always fascinated by his stories of the railway, unfortunately he died around four or five years ago.
Glad to see people enjoy his commentary.

Good luck. It was great to have the authentic commentary. Very measured, I thought. It doesn't do to be nervous on the footplate eh?

Hi thanks for your comment, we are a waiting some more footage so that we can make OFF SHED 2, the gentleman died some years ago and its a bit difficult trying to get the footage.
