1066 people don't know the rules of football, apparently. Its very simple:

0:02 - an offensive player is inside the semi-circle prior to the kick

0:14 - same thing.

0:35 - same thing. the yellow card is maybe because of a repeated infringement by the same player.

0:49 - the goalkeeper jumps forward prior to the kick

1:08 - a goal SHOULD have been allowed cause there was an advantage, although a defensive player (2nd from the bottom) infringes the penalty box.

1:30 - legal goal ALLOWED :-)

@LastODSTanding if you look at the right part of the arc connecting to the 18 yard box, the player steps inside the arc before the kick is done, the third kick, look at the top of the arc, the player is standing in the arc even before the run starts. The fourth kick, was a good kick but I can tell you the ref called it because he thought the keeper moved too soon, but that wasn't the case. sixth shot was the same as the fourth. which is why it was accepted

I'm a (pretty green) USSF certifed ref. @1:10 the player who took the PK cannot touch it before someone else on either team (aside from the keeper) touches the ball. As for the first kick, people entered the box too soon....But the second kick looked fine to me.
