3d text title preview [made in Blender // After Effects]

please help me, I am trying to create an intro with just one text object. i added textures to it to make it look very grungy and stone like, then i animated the camera to go from far away from the text to right through the middle and past it. Heres the problem. My texture seems to be not "tracked" or linked or something. I tried everything that said link object and texture and stuff but when i play it back the texture is staying still and the text is moving, not staying on the object. help?
