His methods are to make it easier to advanced combinations way beyond the ones any boxer does, or needs to do. If you're looking for how to use a speedbag in relation to boxing, you need to look elsewhere. This is a different ball game.

Besides, how productive to real boxing is hitting a bag with the backside of your hand anyway? how many boxing fights end with a "downward speed bag hit " to the forehead?
You seem confused about your sexuality with your constant use of the word gay. It's ok if you want to come out of the closet. We're not against homosexual speed baggers. If anything, you're probably really good at playing with bags.
