Many of them might, but some species such as Lantern Sharks would be virtually impossible to kill. And since they survived a volcanic eruption with the power of several million Hiroshima Bombs continiously spewing lava for nearly 100,000 years, they can survive an ape gone wild.
@N00bcrunch3r doesn't mean they can't die from over pollution and also you saying the ocean doesn't give us air because we don't have gills the plankton in the ocean takes in carbon dioxide and gives out oxygen more oxygen then trees the ocean produces over 70% of the worlds oxygen
