What really pisses me off is that if your situation causes you not to have to pay federal taxes YOU STILL QUALIFY FOR A REBATE!!!! WTF??? You don't pay in, you don't get out! It should be that simple! The middle class is getting flucked and both administrations have been doing this for a long time. 1/2 a century ago, 12% didn't pay taxes and not 47% don't. We should simply refuse to pay and see what that does to those idiots on capital hill.
