Actually there's is supportive evidence for brainwave entrainment, through sound and/or flashing lights. But for some reason it does not seem to work for everybody. I recommend trying some other entrainment production, there's many. Flashing lights (mindmachines) have a stronger effect, and so you might need to go with that.
I done my dissertation on the subject of brainwave entrainment and i did,nt find much supportive evidence in support of binaurals. The theory sounds good alright but lacks strong evidence. In terms of meditative states, relaxation response, stress reduction, release of good hormones etc, sound healing and music therapy proves more potent. ie, relaxing music, nature sounds, ocean, rain, Tibetan bowls, group drumming, ambient music are more useful than binaural beats.
@squamish4244 Not sure why they removed your comment. Im no expert on the topic but in the research ive done i found that relaxing music is just as beneficial as it promotes a relaxation response , hence why do you think they coat the beats with ambient music and nature sounds? If you serious about meditation i suggest trying it, at Dhamma.org they run donation based 10 day courses which are excellent. I tried the beats for a few month but now I practice Vipassana and Qi Gong, Cont--
@squamish4244 Yoga is also an amazing system too, would highly recommend as i would mindfulness and vipassana too. Im not sure if these beats can change the habit patterns of our brains, i think we have to do that ourselves, defang our own demons so to speak.Hope that helps, wish you lots of joy and happiness and hope you find a technique that suits you.
@squamish4244 As for holosync, im not sure, i emailed them before asking for proof for Harris,s claims in his book, "Thresholds of the mind". Got no reply. i think holosync kinda works because people sorta meditate while doing it, like focus on their breathing and whats going on in their body plus the sounds promote a relaxation responce(not the beats).
@Gerazini Thank you for your response. The reason I asked is that I am confused about the incredible testimonials about Holosync all over the Internet - instant deep samadhi (even after years of traditional practice), intense concentration, progressing much faster than regular, etc. from so many users. And of course Bill Harris's own outrageous claims, which I of course am skeptical of. I have found very little in the way of independent studies of Holosync and entrainment in general-
@Gerazini and was looking for someone who has done research. For myself, I have done traditional meditation and yoga for years to deal with a mental breakdown caused by a drug overdose, and it has worked wonders. But there has also been a lot of emotional upheaval involved, fear, anger, grief, etc. has processed through in intense waves, which is of course common in spiritual growth, and the reports about Holosync have little of that, mostly smooth and blissful transition up the -
@Gerazini levels, and everything just getting better and better, transformations in a year, etc. All other entrainment devices I have looked at tell the same story in testimonials and advertising. Whereas with me and many others progress can be a real rollercoaster as your demons come out. Plus this guy doesn't seem like a model of centredness if he's been doing Holosync for as long as he says. Long-winded reply, but it was interesting to come across a dissenting opinion.
@squamish4244 Yeh well i think the bottom line is ancient cultures knew how to use sound to induce trance or meditive like states. I done my disseration last year, just a degree for music. Its called Beating the brain into shape,a comparison of brainwave entrainment techniques and conventional music. If you send me your email, ill forward it on to you.
@Gerazini Did you get the message with my email? I'm interested in reading your dissertation. There isn't enough research in this field for all the claims going around.
It's a red flag that Holosync did not send you a reply when asking for proof of Harris' claims, especially if you were conducting research.
@squamish4244 No i did,nt get your message, sent it on again, id be happy to send it to you. Basically what i done was compare various past studies with binaural beats, isochronic beast, tribal drumming and music as used in music therapy. Music itself over shadowed the rest by miles, the group drumming stuff good too.
I can create any of the Holosync levels for a small price. Just PM me if you're interested in saving hundreds of dollars over Centerpointe's over marketed, over priced Binaural Beats. This technology is simple and very easy to recreate these days. There is absolutely 100% no need to pay the price that Centerpointe expects you to pay. Unfortunately, people don't know that.
I'm going to watch a 3rd person reviewing Holosync to see if there is truly a pattern here. Both you and the last dude couldn't keep from rocking back and forth. Will I have this problem if I buy Holosync?
Nice Painting. I'm a holosync user myself, but not as long as you're. Any way the remarks you made about the state of oneness, are quiet true. Oneness is already among us. It's our thinking that is hopelessly polarized. Reaching out for ways to reach oneness is pushing ones mental polarisation only further. Many truth seekers fail to see this. I like the old saying: 'there is no good or bad, it's our think thats makes it so..' (sorry forgot the name of the author).
@WillemTenBengevoort Oh, dude... please! I can't believe you quote The Bard and can't even remember his name! If you're going to quote someone, first, use quote marks (") and then, GET IT RIGHT! Jeez!

I was thinking of getting holosync....for about 10 minutes. Then I intuitively knew not to bother. There are no shortcuts to life (other than role-models and things like that). And... ok this guy is talking and talking and saying nothing of interest to me so.. bye bye
@MajorIdea ..No shortcuts in life??? The Holosync program takes 10 years to complete, only people with a lot of drive, ambition and determination walk the path!
ever occur to u that u r not supposed to be happy? u look like some1 who has taken too many drugs... specifically ecstasy. u people would b better off sticking with something like Tai Chi, stay away from yoga, people like this have already messed yoga up. It's not about happiness, or sadness; it's about clarity and knowing your position... and you sir, are far from clear, a word I hate to use, since scientology fucked that one up as well. 10 yrs 2 complete your program, sounds like scientology

I must agree I was still a bit crazy back then and I'm still are in many ways, so sound pretty upset, I rather be unclear and happy than right and frustrated
@sahajasatori I find though that IS possible to be clear AND happy. What Blumoon says DOES have some logic to it though...I believe that we must first give up caring about happiness or sadness and recognize our position, and being willing to feel the unhappiness we have created for ourselves...THEN we may claim joy and happiness.
@Abobojo Well that whole thing that you are the sole responsible for your reality is true to a certain point, since you are also dependant on environment, economical conditions and so on, you can pretent to "control" what goes on inside but ultimately mean words hurt, smiles are contagious and give abundantly and you will also receive, but can surely end up with nothing
@sahajasatori You know, I have never had it in my mind that I'd be in control to the point that the actions of others don't upset me. I am just finding that I handle THAT being upset in a more effective and healthier manner.

Hello my friend, hope you re fine . I am at awakening level 4 cd 2, the cds are become very powerful. It seems that slowly but surely , I am loosing the ability to take anything serious. However I am still feeling tired ALOT each time I move to the next cd. this is effecting negatively my lifestyle. What was your experience? was it the same?
Matthew, Everyone experiences something different at each level and each Cd - depending on one's state of their nervous system and the unconscious programming and suppressed negative emotions ... feeling tired a lot of the time is your body's way of coping with the stimulus/stress of the holosync technology on your nervous system. you may want to alter when you meditate - or take a few days break and then start up again. and know that this experience, too, is only temporary and gets better!
I like your clarity on the chaos and reorginization which you go through on the holosync levels. THere is one thing missing however that was not explained in the science of holosync.
The memories and trauma that bubble up to the surface dont cause suffering only because they are breaking up and releasing but because you are becoming AWARE of these thoughts or experiences and the act of SEEING these aspects of yourself which were unaware thoughts you are now able to see & therefore suffer from
Have you even tried Holosync or do you just go on anonymous ad hominem attack sprees to make yourself feel better? Have you dealt with Centerpointe? What makes you think they are con artists?
So, it is wonderful that people try to improve themselves. However, the core of spiritual development, is compassion. I miss that component in "the Secret", holosync etc.
If you mean HH as in holosync. I think holosync is productive - it accesses some of the states only a skilled meditator can access. But holosync can only be a partial substitute to spiritual practice. I do something similar to holosync an it doesn't create addicton - I forget to meditate just as much as I forget to do binaural beats. For me binaural beats are good for antidepression and meditation is better for spiriutal practice, but these two support each other through crosstraining very much.
I am more interested in the Secret and I didn't know how Holosync impacted. Is that the Secret, Holosync? Your video to me was rambling but I guess those that took the course on Holosync understands you better.
Ive been a Holosync user for about a year now and ive also experienced many rough times. B.Harris' program is set up so that you are never without the BEST explanation of what you may be experiencing using holosync and so I've always been confident that it's all part of the process. Was cool to hear your comments about Bill Harris and how you found him to be at the retreats. i also plan on attending a retreat one day.
I'm in the middle of awakening level 2. I know you said that you woke up one day and you found yourself slipping in and out of this witness perspective. At what level could you say that you felt that shift happen you? And at what point did you incorporate the Ken's ILP? Love the video. It's what I've wanted to see. Real participants sharing, Real experience. Thank you.
Loved the video, your personality is incredibly inspiring... im looking forward to becomming a better person and just letting me be ok with who i am... you make it seem so effortless!! Does Holosync suck?? No! Its one of the most essential spiritual growth tools that can be used in the 21st century, 3 yrs into it and enjoying every part of the journey.. Peace!
thanks so much for your info & insight & humor! you are so easy to connect with - I'm new to holosync and love to hear things like what you have to say.
Holosync is great and I will definitely take you up on that, there most be a way to reach to awakened states without having to wait or use the technology for so many years
I watched this video for the second time..cause I didn't catch all the info..but generally speaking I believe in the power of meditation and the personal growth..I am all for using those methods...to grow and relax..
LOve the way interpret things...and as for meditation..well I actually was a skeptic when it comes to meditation..but after I tried it out..totally different attitude now....anyway thx for the video
I was always interested in mediation...but just never listened to anyone speaking about it..until now anyway...you have a very interesting video series..will watch all of them
The headline comment was a little misleading. But you did hit on some good points.

Peace!

Ohh come on, it does suck a bit, hahaha.
I remember when I was like half down the program and I began to question if this was really worth the huge overwhelm I was going through,
I only wish back then I would've searched for the tools I've encounter today, the great thing is today I get to share them, so YEAH!!
Holosync SUCKS!!!!, hahaha but I coulnd't enjoy life so much without it, jeje.
