I am pretty sure these facesets are minorily edited RTP facesets. That character graphic is called Alex. Well, just my 2 cents to that.

What he's saying is that Alex is the default RTP hero, and everyone sees him as such with no exception.

It would really be in your best interests to use an original set of heroes in my opinion.
