  • Tinny your a craftsman! thanks for the info and products and vids

  • Wow! A 25% reduction in boil time is very significant. Is that a pot you will be offering for sale soon? Great work!

  • Tinny, what holds the wicking material to the can ? Thanks

  • An overlapping knot and some very tough glue

  • For well contained burners, just make a bottom thimble and add a poly cylinder and lid. You should really be spinning the alu not machining.

  • cool

  • Hi TInny,

Is that teakettle one of your designs?

Was there a video for it?

  • Tinny,

I am looking for a pan lid with a diameter of 5

inches in diameter for a T-fal "One Egg Wonder" frying pan.

Are any of your lids 5 inches diameter?

    Thanks

    Don Layton

  • Nope 3--1/5 is the biggest

  • 25% faster boil is very impressive. I assume that means 25% less fuel used too. That's 25% less weight in fuel you need to pack. That's very good.

I hope you give us a better look at it in upcoming videos. I'm curious to see what it looks like and try to figure out why it tranfers heat that much better than a plain beer can bottom. Good job.

  • Very cool Tinny... Nice work...

  • Excellent results that is an incredible leap forward in efficiency.

  • awesome!
