25% faster boil is very impressive. I assume that means 25% less fuel used too. That's 25% less weight in fuel you need to pack. That's very good.
I hope you give us a better look at it in upcoming videos. I'm curious to see what it looks like and try to figure out why it tranfers heat that much better than a plain beer can bottom. Good job.

For well contained burners, just make a bottom thimble and add a poly cylinder and lid. You should really be spinning the alu not machining.
