If there's one thing I am sure of it is that Yankees fans suck. There's no passion because there's no real fans...just people who jump on the bandwagon at the start of the playoffs every year.
I live in NYC and I can say from my observations that one of the issues is everyone in Manhattan is a transplant from somewhere else in the country and when they get here they just plop a Yankee hat on their heads and call themselves "fans".
