  • HENNA HUT DOT COM!!! DO IT! :)

  • What color henna do you use? My hair is so short and unhealthy, I would like to use it to just manily for hair health.

  • I am a guy, i am 17. i have pretty good hair, and i want to make it better, that's the best option. for how long does the henna stay in my hair for? sorry i can't watch the vid, i have 2 go

  • I henna my hair for the first time today using your method I search on youtube but so many ppl mix the henna with too much other products. I wanted to keep it simple. How often do you henna your hair? Trying to come up with a schedule when to henna my hair.

  • You should not mix oil with Henna but put oil on your hair then put the henna, but put little oil in your hair thats will be better

If your hair is dry you can put the yogurt with Henna

  • why does the tin can make it mix better please explain

  • @appleifc - I have been doing heena treatment for around 10 years n my mom has been doing it for over 25 yrs. So from my experience I can say Tin/Iron vessel (material) reacts with heena & helps to change its color to dark brownish green after few hours. It means its perfectly ready to be applied.Though it undergoes chemical reaction outcome is never harmful infact it improves the heena in a good way.

  • I have natural hair, so how often should I apply the henna? Every 2 months?

  • metal not good for henna b/c it causes negative reaction to the henna, i use a bowl palstic, glass, old cool whip container

  • Hello how are you. I know this video is old but i have a question about the henna.I wanted to know does it matter what kind of henna it is. Also i recently went to an Indian store they had the Amla oil and coconut oil have you ever used this?

  • @tamille21 Yes type of heena matters a lot. there could be a mixed kind too. So in case if you buy the mixed one you will be putting equally hard efforts but will get less results so try to purchase the purest form as far as oils are concerned adding 1tsp of coconut oil & 1tsp of amla oils prevents from extra-drying of scalp & hair.

  • now does the henna strengthen your hair or just color it? I am so confused on henna thats why i have not done it yet..

  • @bellacnella18 colors AND strengthens, noticeably after the first application.

  • where is the acid? No lemon or juice?

  • @joleokach You dont need to use an acid. Those are just to enhance or edit around the color of your henna.

  • So what exactly is this Henna for what does it do to your hair??? =}

  • @CocoPuffpbpjc - heena is a powder formed after drying of Mehendi(name of the plant) leaves. It does all the above well effects as in the video.

  • seious questions...so does this henna not have metallic in it. it really is 100% natural? are the metallics the reason damage may occur when people use regular henna?

  • @maamesaf . Nothing metallic in Heena. Its a powder made out of tree leaves

  • I was just wondering if I can use henne on my hair if I get relaxer or perm??? :)

Oh and you have really beautiful hair

  • Don't do it to close to the time you apply the relaxer. I texturize my hair and I apply it 6 weeks post my relaxer and 6 weeks prior to my next. I texturize my hair every 3 months.

  • where in new jersey do yoy shop where are the product store please give address and namwe of store

  • @appleifc - In any Indian store on Edison you can buy heena pack & even amla oil

  • so basically henna is a protein treatment? instead of opting 4 the aphogee 2 step you could opt for this?

  • That choice is yours!

  • I watched all 3 video's before I Henna 'd my hair. Everything worked out great! Since this was my 1st time, these video explained to me in detail what to expect. My hair turned a bit red; my grey hair turned, red... I had a few strands. My hair looks much healthier now. Thank you so much for posting your video's, they are very helpful.

  • Praise God!

  • @NaturalCinnachicc how long does your grey stay red?

  • @818poochie - Depends upon how frequently you shampoo & how frequently you do the heena. But more or less lasts a month for deep grey colored hair if considered shampooed 4-5 times a month.

  • was so glad when you got rid of that piece of metal on the can..it was driving me up the wall....BTW>>>question, all these products can be found at an Indian grocery?????

  • First breathe dont' get upset that easily, LOL! Yes you can find everything at an Indian Grocery store including the egg LOL!

  • Thanks!!!LOL

  • just a tip, you will get even better reults if you don't let metal any where near your henna. metal interferes with the coloring properties of henna. if you use a plastic or glass container and spoon you will notice much better color results! hope this helps! your hair is gorgeous, btw!

  • I don't use this for color.

  • i already tried the henna and i wrote qb and she already knows my hair stopped shedding from this treatment it is stronger than ever. i just wanted to add i had a towel and put it around the floor and counters but henna is so messy it did get in some places on my counter and it does stain BUT i just wanted to say if this happens don't worry go to the store get some CLR let it sit maybe 30 minutes or so i let it sit over night because i was lazy but it came right up. thanks again QB this works!!

  • wow this is really awesome ill try it too :D

but i got 1 question though... itsn henna like for body painting or some like that

  • Yes it can be used for that too.

  • The Alma Oil what else do you use it for beside your henna regimen ?

  • Currently nothing.

  • where do u get your henna from?

  • An Indian Grocery Store.

  • my mum only uses the yolk, apparently egg white gives white hair...

  • thank u alote it's soo helpfull

i'm Arabic girl and usually we use henna in our countries for health and beauty I have use henna many times and i mix it with some oils like castor, olive and coconut and it's sooo good for hair, but i think egg make hair too dry I don't know.. by theway I'm black and my hair is hard and I'm trying to do best for the beautiful look ^_^

    thank u

  • Yes the beautiful thing is you can mix it up and have fun with what works for your hair.

  • I'm a bit confused...if henna is a good conditioner and you leave it on for 3 hours...why do you need to do hot oil treatments for months BEFORE this process to prepare your hair for it? Maybe the egg adds TOO MUCH protein causing the hair to dry out? My hair is protein sensitive and I only use it every 3 months, but I do want a damage FREE way to color my relaxed hair...HELP?!? And mixing the egg separately FIRST then adding it to your mixture might help, too...

  • We mehonesty I didn't want women with badly damaged hair to jump right into henna. It sounds like you've been taking care of your hair already so you should be fine. Some women are just starting their journey and I don't want them to dive head first with henna.

  • Okay... I got you... thank you for the clarification. Thanks for the vids. You have beautiful hair!

  • I love henna.....

  • lmao @ greenish, brownish, puke, diarrhea color

  • Yes there are many different ways! I think the lemon juice brings out the color more, I don't use it for the color. But there are many ways you can play around with it I pretty much showed demonstrated a basic way of doing it.

  • Does it matter what you mix with the henna power? I understand that some people add seeped tea or lemon juice?

  • Yea I know some people that put white tea leaves in it. Yes all this stuff is great for the hair! HAVE FUN WITH IT!

  • @ElPressie Not entirely lemon juice it could damage drastically if mixed up with heena more than a spoon. You can best use is sour curd, milk.

  • @samu2601 you can also use black tea (with no sugar & no milk at all so the black.) It not only gives the additional color also makes hair stronger.
