Actually pretty much, since it reads the actual game from em ;)

Have alot of Raptor drives, and compare it with some old 5.4k RPM's, you will see ALOT of computer performance during playing games

PS: Just loading speed tho and certain loading points..

Actually quite a lot, especially in games like crysis that stream textures from the hard drive in real time. Higher RPM = Better Performance

I ordered Sapphire HD4870 1Gb +dualcooler, AMD Athlon 64 2x 3,1GHz 6000+ and 600W GameXStream PSU. I have 3Gb DDR2 and Narra2-shitty-HP-motherboard and i am not sure can i run as good as you do because you have better processor and maybe motherboard too...

But what do you think? Am i going to have enough good computer to play games this year? xD

I need 5000-10 000€ for next computer i am going to build, so i have do lots of work for that. I might be crazy, but i find it fun hobby :P

Devils advocate here. I have a 4870 1gb and wish I saved my money for a 4870 x2. I run at 1600 x 1200 gamer settings and while I get acceptable FPS at around 30-35, I can see it dropping once I get my 1080p monitor.
