- Send in all your crew into the building which will increase there stress.

- Take over the house by using contractors

- Bullie them out more by using Hippies, Theives, Mob, Building Gang, Ghosts, The Plumber.

- You can also blow up the building by using the Mob to attack it and blow it up.

Best game ever. Stopped playing though when my tenants kept asking for flowers or something and I didn't have a fucking clue what they wanted and couldn't keep them happy.

@BroWhatever This game really complicated. At first, you should investigate all game features. You can produce Rose Arbour in "Gadgets". But you need to upgrade all your factories before. Wooden, cement and brick factories. Don't forget to save your game. Before each progress and missions. You can easily fail them at first time playing.

Does this game has Disasters as Sim city? and if it does, is there one where there appears a big dude on the screen, with a hat, dancing and destroying the city?

@Commeting No. This game doesn't have disasters. But you have a problems that you must to solve. Dude with black hat appears on intro and he is a gangster. He is flooding a worker with cement drown a worker.

If you run in native DOS, you should also adjust your network adaptor.

oh sweet memories. I loved this game so much. A shame it only runs on windows 95, cause I really miss it.

Tenants (all characters, really) are invulnerable for a short period when you shoot them.

If you time it right, you can kill a tenant with just 2 workers by keeping them "shot" constantly.

You such thing. I always didn't understand, why many workers do so low damage.

Yeah!

I should add, though, that you need to have workers on both sides, because when they get shot they are pushed away from the bullet a few inches. If you time it right, they will be pushed back and forth and stunned until one of the workers is shot/stunned, or they die :P
